Wow…this place is crazy. It is an indoor funzone for kids of all ages. They have a room for the real little ones like Madelyn and then an arcade and a huge playroom with foam balls for the older kids. They also had a great merry-go-round. Both Brandon and I took Maddie on. She kind of liked it. She rode both a moving and stationary horse and she liked the moving one a bit better. Here are some pics from the rides!

We have a lot of puzzles for Madelyn to play with. I got this one a little while ago and she has been working on doing it all by herself. Well, she can do it now. It really amazes me. The pieces are the same size and shape just different colors. You can really see the wheels turning as she tries to get all the pieces in the right spots.
Enjoy!

With the snow we have gotten lately we have been spending a bit more time inside. I took the opportunity to snap off a couple of shots of Maddie. I can’t get over how long her hair is getting!
We also had the opportunity to get together with Danielle and Stacey and they kids. We had a blast. Madelyn did so good hanging with the older kids. She got right in there and ran around with them and played. It was great to get all of them together!
Then this past week we had Madelyn’s Godparents over for a visit. We got to take advantage of the snow and took Madelyn sledding for the first time. She LOVED it! She just went down our back hill a few times, but she had a huge smile on her face. It was also a wonderful visit with Lauren and Jeff. Lauren makes a killer homemade mac and cheese that Maddie just loved! We hope to get together with then soon!
Here is a short video…

What a great holiday…family, great food and lots of great presents…you can’t get better then that!
Christmas Eve MomMom and PopPop came over and we had a nice and relaxing evening. Maddie got to open her presents and she got a really fun Hokey Pokey Elmo and a neat tent and tube toy. It will be great in the summer when we can play with it outside!
The next morning we got to see what Santa brought for Maddie. It was great to see her getting into opening the presents. As ling as we started the rip in the paper, she was able to finish the opening it. She is completely into Elmo right now so she got even more Elmo stuff. She really liked her new golf clubs and all her new books.
After we opened presents, Nana and Grandpop came over for breakfast. We opened some more presents…a new cell phone that can record voices…a little people zoo set, a snoopy golf set, a blue hippo named William and some other great stuff. We had a lovely morning and then it was off to Aunt Janet’s. We got to see the whole family and we even found out that Andrea and Paul got Engaged!!! We are very excited!
Here is a picture of the 4 (Mackenzie too) of us Christmas morning.
All in all it was a wonderful Christmas. Madelyn had a great time being with all of her family. Here are some pictures from the events!

We have had a busy couple of weeks. We did some hanging out at home where Maddie put on Mommy’s shoes, we went on the Ivyland Railroad with Nana and Grandpop, where we got to see Santa and Mrs. Claus. Then last weekend we went up to CT to visit with Bran’s college buddies. We stayed at Aunt Shannon’s and Uncle Bob’s and had a great time. We even got to go bowling for the first time. Maddie got to roll the ball a couple of time and she had lots of fun watching Mommy and Daddy throw spares and strikes! Finally, Nana took Maddie and me to the Please Touch Museum in Philadelphia. We got to play will a bunch of different learning activities, walk through Alice in wonderland’s world and even got to splash in the water a bit.
Overall the past couple of weeks have been a lot of fun. Here are a bunch of pictures to show how much fun we had!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving and MomMom and PopPop’s house this year. We had a yummy deep fried turkey and all the fix’ens. Maddie did pretty good trying everything…though we found out she did not like the stuffing! We really had a nice time!
On Friday, we tried a new hairstyle on Maddie. The picture is the aftermath when we pulled the elastic out. Plus Daddy got his hair cut and he ended up matching Maddie. Pretty cute don’t you think!
Later that weekend, we headed to Nana and Grandpop’s house for a second Thanksgiving. My family was there to enjoy a wonderful ham, broccoli supreme, and lots of laughs around the table.
The last duty for the weekend was to get the Christmas decorations up. Maddie did a great job helping with the Christmas balls. She even got to put the star on top of the tree!
